Vietnam Lindy Exchange is an international Dancing Getaway weekend, as known in the Swing Dancing world as a Lindy Exchange, organized by SaigonSwing (www.saigonswing.com) - the only Swing Dancing Community in Vietnam.
Daniel
Daniel joined the Saigon swing community nearly two years ago, and his passion for the dance has continued to grow. Fascinated by the language of dance, and the international accents each lindy hopper has, Daniel jumps at any opportunity to converse with a fellow dancer on out on the floor. He regularly travels around the region to attend swing camps and workshops from China and Korea to Singapore and Hong Kong. Recently, Daniel has taken a more active role in the Saigon Swing Lindy Hop teaching team, as well as regularly providing free East Coast introduction lessons to beginners at the Wednesday Social Dance night. This year, Daniel is the lead coordinator for VLX 2010, and he looks forward to yet another great exchange in the sun!

Stephane
Stéphane started dancing in Hong Kong right before leaving for a very long round-the-world trip during which he was lucky enough to learn in South America, the United States of America and France. Now back in Asia's awesomeness, he is dedicated to attend as many Lindy Exchanges as he physically can, and that includes of course the VLX, second edition.

Hoang Mai Anh
Mai Anh started dancing two years ago in Saigon. She has found her great joy in swing dancing and been always amazed by different beautiful styles and moves. She has participated in some lindy exchange events in the area and desires to go to further and bigger events around the world. As one of Saigon Swing group members, she wants the swing scene in Vietnam to keep growing and be known in the world swing map. She is happy to be in the organization team of VLX 2010.

Thuy
Started swing dancing as an after-work activity mid 2007, Thuy has quickly found many reasons to become more attached with the world of swing dance: jazz rhythms, the sociability, the history and culture of the dance. She has learned all Michel's dance classes of East Coast Swing, Lindy Hop and Blues since after Sinclair Ang's first workshop in September 2007. Having been lindy-bombing all around the town of Saigon and Beijing and Hong Kong with her Swing gang and now being part of VLX team, Thuy will be waiting with her best Vietnamese smile for all of you in Mui Ne, her most favorite beach of Vietnam!

Musician, geek and English teacher. Iain has been dancing swing for about a year now. He comes from England but has been living in Saigon since 2007.
